No. Many PHCHA programs are designed to be beginner-friendly. Instructors offer guidance to help participants engage at a level appropriate for their experience and comfort.

Classes and events that require registration can be booked through the PHCHA website. Select the program you're interested in and follow the registration instructions.

Not necessarily. PHCHA has equipment available for many onsite programs. Specific equipment requirements, if any, will be included in the program description.

Pricing is listed with each class when you register. PHCHA also offers free community programming and special events throughout the year.

No. While PHCHA has a special commitment to improving health and well-being in the Southern Park Heights community, many of our classes, events, and trainings are open to participants from throughout Baltimore and beyond.

Yes. PHCHA periodically offers facilitator trainings, certifications, and other educational opportunities. Requirements, tuition, schedules, and application information are provided with each training.

No. PHCHA's wellness programs are intended to support education and overall well-being. They are not substitutes for medical diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, psychotherapy, or other licensed healthcare services.
