Teniyah Kaishutsau aka Tameka Gray is the Executive Director of Park Heights Community Health Alliance, dedicated to healing and empowerment through yoga, meditation, and mindfulness.
With nearly a decade of experience teaching trauma-informed yoga, she brings compassionate leadership to underserved communities, particularly in Park Heights. Her work bridges wellness and community while creating safe spaces for healing, growth, and purposeful living.
PHCHA goes beyond providing community wellness services by actively preparing local residents to become certified wellness leaders themselves.
